What happens if the weather is not suitable for boating?
In case of bad weather or rough seas, we reserve the right to change itinerary or cancel a tour for the benefit of all passengers. This decision will be made by the skipper. In this case, you have the right to postpone the tour to another day or receive a full refund.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks on board. That said, we provide fresh fruit, pastries, and chilled drinks for every trip, and we always recommend great spots for lunch somewhere along the way.
Is there shade on the boat?
Yes, our Brig Eagle 8 is equipped with a large bimini sunshade that provides cover during the day. There's plenty of space to relax in the shade, or move to the sun if you prefer. We always aim to keep things comfortable, especially during the warmer hours.
What should I bring on the boat?
Pack your swimming gear, suncream, a towel, a hat, and bottled water. Towels and light refreshments are offered on board.
What safety equipment does your boat carry?
All Island Discovery vessels are equipped with life jackets, a First Aid kit and fire extinguisher.
